Q. What is the age limitations for renting a car from your company ?
A. For hiring a car from our company the driver must be a minimum 23 old and maximum 70 years old. A valid EU or International driving license held at least 1 year is required.
Q. What driving licence do you accept ?
A. We accept only valid driving license issued in EU or International.Other driving licenses are not acceptable.
Q. Do i need a credit card to rent a car from you ?
A. No, there's no need of a credit card. Payments can be performed upon pick up the car either by cash or credit card.
Q. How i will be informed if my reservation order has been confirmed or not ?
A. After we receive your order a representative will confirm or decline your order(depend the availability) and will send you a notification email within 24 hours.
Q. Can i pick up the car in one location and drop it off in another ?
A. Yes, we can collect the car from a different than the pick up location. Extra charges may applied.
Q. What should i have with me to pickup the car ?
A. At the pick up date you must have with you:
a) A valid driving license
b) A valid passport or ID card.
Q. How i will find your employee at the airport or at my accommodation ?
A. If you ordered to pick up the car at the Airport, our employee will be waiting for you upon arrival at the Arrivals Hall(Exit Gate B) and will be holding a banner with your name on it. If you ordered the car to be delivered to your accomodation,then you will meet in front of the reception at the provided date and time of the rental order.
Q. Can i extend my rental period ? Yes ,if you wish to extend your rental period, you have to notify us at least 24 hours before the end of the rental period indicated in the rental agreement, to receive the respective approval.
Q. What is your fuel policy ?
A. You must return the car back at the same fuel level as it was given to you otherwise any difference will be charged.
Q. Do you provide road assistance ?
A. Yes, we provide 24/7 road assistance service for all inherent mechanical faults related to the vehicle specified in the rental agreement document.For all other roadside assistance call outs including refueling,keys loss and keys locked in the vehicle a service fee will will be charged.
Q. What should i do in case of breakdown ?
A. Breaking down in a rental car is unusual, as the cars tend to be quite new and well-maintained. But breakdowns can happen to anyone. In case of your rental car breaks down, get your vehicle out of traffic and contact immediately our customer support at +30 694 2880485 and we will tell you how to proceed.
